Aliza Sherman is the voice and half of the brain behind Small Biz Tech girl. In the mid-90s, she was hailed by Wall Street Journal and USA Today as a Web pioneer and Newsweek called her one of the Top 50 People Who Mattered Most on the Internet.
She is author of seven books including "The Everything Blogging Book," "Streetwise Ecommerce," and "Cybergrrl@Work." She is a pro-blogger for sites including WebWorkerDaily.com and WorkitMom.com, an Internet strategist to corporate and nonprofit clients and dabbles in Second Life and also traditional radio, television and film-making on the side.
Aliza is on a mission to bring technology to the masses and to show technophobes how they can enhance their personal and professional lives by using tech in the right ways. She is truly a tech and Internet evangelist who was inspired as a girl by Ray Bradbury and as a young woman by William Gibson, Martha Stewart ,and Madonna.
